Screen printing at Uneven blends refined craftsmanship with advanced production technology. Our direct-to-screen system removes the need for transparency film, resulting in cleaner screens, sharper detail, and superior print accuracy. We offer up to 14-color printing, simulated process techniques with halftones, Pantone color matching, and oversized prints up to 15.5” wide x 18” tall. Uneven Studios is not a standard print shop—we invest in premium materials, top-tier equipment, and meticulous attention to detail to deliver results we proudly stand behind.
What We Use
Plastisol ink is a premium screen-printing ink known for its bold color, smooth finish, and exceptional durability. Unlike water-based inks, plastisol sits on top of the fabric, creating sharper details, stronger opacity, and more consistent colors that hold up wash after wash.
Type Of Printing Options
Screen Print
Screen printing is a durable printing technique that applies ink directly onto fabric for bold, vibrant, long-lasting designs. It delivers clean detail and rich color, making it ideal for high-quality apparel and merchandise.
Puff Print
Puff print is a specialty screen-printing technique that uses heat-activated ink to create a raised, dimensional finish. The result adds texture and depth to your design, giving garments a bold, premium look and feel.
